The Productivity Investment Fund is a collaborative effort of the Secretaries of Administration, Finance and Technology.
The Oversight Board that makes funding decisions is made up of the three Secretaries and also includes the Chief Information Officer of the Commonwealth, the Chief Applications Officer, the Director of the Department of Human Resource Management, the Director of Planning and Budget, and the Director of the Council on Virginia's Future, as ex officio, non-voting members.
The Advisory Panel represents a broad and diversified group of experts from the public and private sector. Members of the advisory panel offer guidance based on their unique experience or skill set on a program by program basis.
